Welcome to SurfToEarn. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use SurfToEarn. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. User Responsibility & Fair Play

• Multiple Accounts: Users are permitted only ONE account per person/IP address. Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards or manipulate the referral system will result in a permanent ban.
• Automation: The use of bots, macros, scripts, or any other automated software to interact with the mining game is strictly prohibited.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Earnings & Virtual Currency

SurfToEarn provides virtual "Coins" as rewards for gameplay. These coins do not have real-world value until they are successfully redeemed/withdrawn through our approved channels.

• Conversion rates and reward amounts are subject to change at any time based on platform equilibrium.
• Income per day is an estimate and not a guarantee of future earnings.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed via FaucetPay. You must provide a valid FaucetPay linked cryptocurrency address. SurfToEarn is not responsible for coins sent to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds and monthly limits apply as stated in the withdrawal section.
• A "Coin Burn" percentage may apply to each withdrawal as part of our anti-inflation mechanism.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or the Service itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

SurfToEarn is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the stability or performance of the platform. We are not liable for any financial losses or data loss resulting from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
